Packaging
Each item is individually packaged in a crystal clear poly bag. This method of packaging prevents tarnishing of inventory until it is ready to be sold. We can provide earrings on earring cards on request at no charge. If you require earrings cards for your display please specify so in the Special Instructions at the end of the checkout process.
Backorders
If any items in your order are sold out and are scheduled to be back in stock within 2 weeks, we will place your items on backorder and will ship them at no charge. Otherwise, these items will be removed from your order. If you would like different handling for out-of-stock items, please specify so in Special Instructions at the end of the checkout process.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped outside Massachusetts are not assessed sales tax. Sales Tax is assessed on orders without an associated sales tax certificate shipped to a destination within Massachusetts.
Lifetime Guarantee
Detail takes great care to ensure our customers only ever receive quality jewelry. We will replace any item found defective in material or workmanship when put to normal wear and cared for according to our instructions. Detail jewelry contains genuine stones and uses hand workmanship. As such, there may be minor imperfections, small variations between pieces due to workmanship, and normal, naturally occurring variations in stones. This is part of the beauty and charm of the jewelry. We cannot replace products damaged due to accidents, misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, or theft.
Claims & Returns
We must be notified of an incorrect order or items damaged in shippping within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be authorized; please call for a return authorization. All sales are final after 10 days. We are not responsible for typographical errors.
If you you believe you have a defective product and would like to make a warranty claim, please contact us for a return authorization.

The integrity and security of your information is very important to Detail. Under no circumstances will we share or sell your personal information to anyone outside of our company without your written permission. However, Detail reserves the right to release your information if required to do so by legal authorities or by law.
